Overview Samsung Sales Associate | Richmond, BC
This position is for an upcoming store launch at Richmond Centre.
Benefits Competitive base hourly rate of $17.85/hour plus industry-leading commission structure
Expect to earn between $50,000 - $60,000 annually

Responsibilities Generate and promote sales of wireless devices, tablets, wearables, home automation and televisions, accessories and services while acting as a brand ambassador for Samsung
Demonstrate excellence in customer service and build relationships by maintaining advanced knowledge of all Samsung products and services and educating consumers on how to use Samsung products effectively
Uncover customer needs through skilled questions, perception, and empathy while enthusiastically enlightening them on the Samsung ecosystem
Guide customers through the store layout and experience
Qualifications Minimum 2 years of retail experience, ideally with luxury & experiential consumer brands
Wireless sales experience a strong asset
Embodies the Samsung brand in every interaction and genuinely cares about individual customer needs




High level of interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Detail-oriented and results-focused with proven ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency
Effective decision-maker and problem-solver with strong customer service orientation
Can drive sales and provide excellent service while achieving store standards
Flexible to work beyond traditional business hours, holidays, evenings and weekend periods as needed
