Step into the role of Precision Ag Assembler at WMHA, specializing in high-quality mechanical and electronic assemblies. This hands-on position demands precision, training, and adherence to standards.
As a part of our assembly team, you'll build a variety of electronic and mechanical assemblies, ensuring the highest quality through testing and quality control measures. Familiarity with hand tools and prior production experience is beneficial as you complete assigned tasks efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create mechanical and electronic assemblies following standards
• Solder to IPC Class 3 specifications
• Perform tests to validate component functionality
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of workspace
• Follow prescribed assembly instructions and examples
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent education
• Age requirement: at least 18 (16 for summer positions)
• Strong attention to detail and integrity
• Capacity to follow verbal and written instructions
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work flexible hours
