You’re Obsessed with Results: You know results is the name of the game with training. You care about clients hitting their goals more than they do.
You aren’t Afraid of Public Speaking: It’s small group, there could be a max of 15 participants in your class. You can’t be afraid to command the room with conviction and confidence. We don’t use mics, we believe in an organic energy exchange experience.

You’re a Competitor: You have a consistent desire to destroy monthly sales targets, and obliterate annual revenue goals. You’ve got a healthy appetite for competition and are always striving to win. You’re also tenacious. Not every customer is going to be a sale. Being able to bounce back if you lose a sale will be key for this job.
