What You'll Be Doing

Build strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted point of contact

Provide expert guidance on registered plans, policies, and procedures

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service

Resolve client issues proactively and efficiently

Identify process improvements to enhance the overall client experience

Qualifications

2+ years' experience in brokerage, financial services, or client support





Solid knowledge of industry regulations and operations

Hands‑on expertise with registered plans

Strong communication skills in English & French (required)

A proactive, team‑oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a high-volume environment
