We are seeking a Scheduling Student for our Toronto district within our Canadian Buildings Division, for 4 or 8 months starting September 2026.

Responsibilities

Assists with schedule creation

Updates for small projects based on direction from Scheduling Manager

Creates schedule content and completes schedule updates as directed

Assists schedulers with monitoring and communicating the project schedules to project and scheduling team

Basic Knowledge of construction specifications, building materials, methods, and materials.

Qualifications

Candidates must have a strong desire to work in a construction environment and basic knowledge of building materials, methods, and materials.

Application of various computer software programs will be required, including scheduling software such as Primavera, Microsoft Project or Excel as well as Microsoft Office Suite and other applicable systems.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.





Ability to work independently and in a team setting with scheduling team.

The estimated hourly range for this role is $21.37- $31.33, based on your experience and qualifications. Final compensation will be confirmed as part of a personalized offer.
