The Program Coordinator is vital in driving NCSY’s mission of fostering a meaningful Jewish identity among teens. Blending engagement with program execution, this position helps nurture relationships and builds community connections. During the 2026-2027 term in the Greater Toronto Area, you will lead initiatives, manage logistics, and track program success to enhance outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cultivate authentic relationships with Jewish teens
• Plan and coordinate inclusive NCSY programs and events
• Actively participate in hands-on facilitation during programs
• Monitor engagement metrics and program outcomes
• Complete essential administrative tasks promptly
