What you will do:

Manage and grow an assigned portfolio

Identify, qualify, and close recent sales opportunities independently

Prepare proposals, pricing models, and client-specific presentations

Negotiate contracts and pricing within company guidelines

Customer Relationship Management:

Develop a deep understanding of clients’ needs, operations, and competitive landscape

Engage with customers regularly through in-person appointments and communications

Ensure satisfaction through proactive follow-up and responsive service

Operational Coordination:

Collaborate with internal teams (manufacturing, credit, quality) to resolve issues





Coordinate order entry and fulfillment with Sales Coordinator

Maintain accurate records and submit required reports (inventory, sales activity, etc.)

Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback

Assist in annual sales budget planning and strategic account reviews

You are:

Self-motivated, organized, and career-driven

Outgoing, personable, and love building relationships

Experienced in sales (2–4 years preferred, print/packaging a plus)

Ready to travel and bring a “can-do” attitude
