Position Overview
Title: Chaplain – Part-Time

Location: Saint‑Casimir, Quebec City

Salary: USD 21.15 – 25.00 per hour (estimated)

Responsibilities

Promote a missionary mindset by building caring relationships with all assigned employees.

Follow the CCA Team Member Handbook and other training materials.

Provide on‑call support to assigned employees and owners.

Build and maintain clear two‑way communication and trust throughout CCA and with served companies.

Display a team‑player attitude with fellow chaplains and managers.

Comply with requests and direction from senior CCA leaders.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5‑7 years of full‑time secular workplace experience. A business degree may reduce this requirement (church work does not count).

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Biblical Studies from an accredited college or university (Master of Divinity preferred).

Proficiency with computers and software (e.g., Word, Excel), internet, and cell phone.

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents.





Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints.

Ability to write speeches and articles using original or innovative styles.

Ability to deliver persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management, public groups, and boards of directors.

Ability to solve practical problems and manage various variables in situations with limited standardization.

Ability to interpret written, oral, diagrammatic, or schedule instructions.
