Job Overview
The Landscaper/Snow Removal person is responsible for the care and maintenance of landscape/snow removal activities to ensure residential properties are kept in exceptional condition and presented favorably to the Tenants and general public.

Responsibilities

Garden maintenance and cultivation: Maintains flower garden—including weeding, planting, soiling, fertilizing, watering, etc.—to ensure plant growth; monitors for diseases and pests, notifying Supervisor of any areas that require treatment.

Lawn maintenance: Maintains lawns using mowers, hedgers and leaf blowers to cut grass and remove clippings and leaves; inspects lawn, removes weeds and sprays as directed.

Other landscape maintenance: Ensures pathways and property grounds are clean and maintained, removes trash and debris, and inspects and maintains sprinkler systems.

Snow removal: Operates snow blowers and other machinery/equipment to clear snow and apply salt for pathways, driveways and parking lots.

Qualifications

Similar experience.

Valid G driver’s license.

Own vehicle.

Good driving record.

Good verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently.
