Baptist Housing is looking for dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses to enhance our residents' quality of life at our beautiful Kelowna locations. You will contribute to comprehensive care by working alongside RNs, assisting with medication administration, and developing custom care plans. Your focus on creative wellness programs will promote both physical and emotional health for our cherished residents.

Key Responsibilities:
• Work collaboratively with RNs on care strategies
• Administer medications and carry out health assessments




• Design individualized care plans tailored to residents
• Leverage technology for accurate health records
• Facilitate wellness programs for resident quality of life

Requirements:
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program
• Current BCCNM registration required
• LPN Diploma or RN title is necessary
• Experience in long-term care is beneficial
• Must be available for weekend shifts
