Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience in the finishing carpentry field. You will be expected to execute accurate work based on blueprints, operate specialized carpentry tools, and assist in training apprentices. The job requires commitment to safety and close collaboration with the Lead Carpenter.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute finishing tasks with a focus on quality
• Interpret blueprints and perform material calculations
• Join, trim, and install cabinetry accurately
• Maintain a safe and orderly work environment
• Provide guidance to Carpenter Apprentices

Requirements:
• Completion of secondary education is mandatory
• College Diploma in carpentry is an advantage
• Minimum of 2-3 years finishing carpentry experience
• Valid driver’s license required for job travel
• English language proficiency essential
