Compensation

$31.92 per hour

Vacation pay: 13% of your hourly wage

Benefits eligibility:



After completing 250 hours

Pension contributions: $5.00 per hour worked

What You’ll Do

Haul construction equipment, materials, and machinery safely across Vancouver Island and BC.

Operate Class 1 vehicles with pup and tri‑axle trailers.

Conduct daily pre/post‑trip inspections and handle basic maintenance reporting.

Follow all safety protocols, traffic laws, and company procedures.

Work with site supervisors to ensure on‑time, efficient project delivery.

Keep clean and accurate driving logs and documentation.

Secure loads and ensure proper weight distribution.

Be prepared to work in changing weather and site conditions.

What You Bring

A valid Class 1 Driver’s License.

At least 3 years of professional driving experience (pup & tri‑axle trailers required).

A clean Driver’s Abstract.

Solid knowledge of load securement and highway safety.

Great communication and a collaborative mindset.

Legal and Eligibility Requirements

Legally Entitled to Work in Canada.

Criminal Record Check may be required for some positions.
