Prepare for appointments by selecting merchandise and creating opportunities for add-on sales

Conduct current business development and follow-up with existing clients on alterations, fittings, and dedicated appointments

Educate clients on the Club Harry loyalty program





Participate in merchandising activities and maintain store presentation

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of retail clothing or footwear sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment

Experience across departments such as sportswear, footwear, accessories, outerwear, tailored clothing, and made-to-measure is preferred

Demonstrated passion for inspiring repeat business and delivering exceptional customer service both online and in-store

Willingness to participate in training and apply new skills; interest in using technology to support customer service

Ability to work effectively as part of a team
