Dre’s Hair Salon and Beauty Supply is a barbershop specializing in afro hair, skin fade, hair tattoo located in Kelowna, BC. We are looking for a Full time Salon Manager (NOC 60040)! This is a full time, permanent position with 30-40 hours per week, $36.60/hour.

Responsibilities

Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of Dre’s Hair Salon

Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff

Plan and control budget and inventory

Prepare daily cash‑out reports, track sales, and deposit revenue

Assist with payroll preparation by tracking hours worked and reporting to the payroll service/provider

Respond to inquiries or complaints and resolve problems

Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies

Order and maintain adequate stock levels of hair and beauty products,



tools, and supplies

Hire, train and supervise staff

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching or corrective feedback

Job Requirements

Minimum 2-3 years experience in barbering, administration, or sales

Completion of high school

Must have strong management and customer service skills

Language in the workplace is English
