Responsibilities

As a Bartender or Server at Blue, you'll be the face of our restaurant. Greeting guests with a smile, taking orders, and ensuring they have a positive experience.

Providing exceptional customer service by anticipating guests needs, making recommendations, and resolving any issues with a positive attitude.

Taking and processing orders accurately by working efficiently with our POS system and communicating effectively with the kitchen and other service staff





Maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

Product knowledge is a must to be able to communicate and answer menu and beverage questions effectively.

Working as part of our team is a must. Cooperating and helping other service staff and the kitchen ensures a smooth and rewarding service.

What we are looking for:

People with previous Bar or Server experience.

Weekday Daytime availability is an asset.

Full and part time available

Excellent customer service skills and a genuine passion for hospitality.

Ability to work well under pressure in a very quick paced environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Reliability, punctuality and a positive attitude

Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions

A desire to work with one of the best restaurant teams in the business
