Hourly rate: $24.00 to $36.00 / hour (To be negotiated)

Benefit: 4 percent of total wages for vacation pay

Job Requirements

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Job Duties

Keep records of expenditure, sales figures, and employee performance

Monitor shelf stocks and maintain inventory

Order merchandise

Hire and train or arrange for training of staff

Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff

Assign sales workers to duties

Establish work schedules

Authorize payments by cheque and/or return of merchandise

Resolve issues such as customer complaints or supply shortages
