Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service and personalized styling recommendations to meet customer needs.
Drive sales and meet individual KPIs through wardrobing, outreach and effective clienteling.
Utilize CRM and digital tools to capture customer data and support follow-up and conversion.
Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to reinforce customer-centric behaviors and relationship building.
Maintain store visual standards and execute merchandising guidelines.
Participate in store initiatives, community outreach and team training activities.
Support hiring efforts by engaging in sourcing and networking for top talent.
Requirements
Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
Solid communication skills and ability to build positive customer and team relationships.
Ability to stand, walk and operate a register for extended periods; lift up to 30 lbs.
Comfort using digital selling tools and CRM platforms; experience preferred.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings and weekends.
