Responsibilities
Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
Establish relationships with clients and manage ongoing client communication.
Ensure the highest standards of client service and maintain the selling floor and merchandise presentation.
Participate in special events and store projects such as sample sales and physical inventory.
Adhere to store procedures and support operational excellence.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
Prior experience in a retail or boutique setting selling high‑end goods.
Availability for open scheduling including seven‑day operations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, independent work ethic, time management, and professional demeanor.
