Summary The Designated Beauty Advisor provides personalized beauty consultations and builds long-term client relationships to drive brand sales and loyalty. This commission-based role focuses on exceeding individual and brand sales targets while delivering exceptional in-store service and supporting promotional and educational events.
Responsibilities Deliver extraordinary customer service and consistently exceed personal and brand sales goals
Build and maintain a loyal client base through acquisition, follow-up, and client communications
Share expert product knowledge and attend vendor and educational sessions
Support merchandising, floor recovery, price changes, event execution, and other sales support tasks
Resolve customer service issues and collaborate with selling management as needed
Requirements High school diploma
Minimum of 2 years experience in a commission-based retail sales environment
Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Make-up artistry or aesthetics certificate may be required for certain brands
Prior luxury retail experience preferred; strong multitasking and team-oriented skills
