Job Summary
Experience the best office in the world teaching skiing and snowboarding to guests of all ages. As a highly certified Professional Instructor you will deliver high‑quality ski/snowboard instruction to groups and individuals, providing world‑class guest service in a safe and fun learning environment.

Job Specifications

Start Date: Approximately November 25 2026.

Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027.

Shift Type: Full Time hours available.

Minimum Age: At least 16 years of age.

Housing Availability: Yes.

Starting Wage: $27.00/hr – $35.99/hr depending on certification and experience.

Rate of Pay will be between $27.00 – $35.99/hour depending on certification and experience.

Pay range reflects minimum base wages; instructors may have opportunities to earn more with additional teaching incentives.

Job Responsibilities

Supervise a group of children,



adults or families for the day on Whistler or Blackcomb Mountain, in a variety of activities including instructional skiing, skier safety, lunch, special events and to accept all duties as assigned by the Program Supervisor.

Lead guests into a variety of advanced terrain.

Develop advanced skiers and riders to reach their next level goals.

Work with advanced season‑long programs, and athlete development.

Lead sessions, and instructor development programs.

Follow the guidelines and safety rules as outlined in our Safety Manual.

Be responsible for your safety and the safety of the guests.

Act as the prudent parent in the absence of the child’s parent.

Attend all mandatory training sessions.

Be familiar with all Snow School programs, prices and lesson times.

Assist in other departments as needed throughout the season.

Job Requirements

Minimum Level 3 CSIA, PSIC, CASI, CADS or foreign equivalent is essential.

Certified Course Conductor is an asset.

Fluent in multiple languages is an asset.

Experience working with children and families is essential.

Experience teaching advanced lessons.

Patience and ability to have lots of fun.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Reliable and committed to working.

Required to provide a satisfactory criminal record check certificate upon check‑in (valid within 18 months of your start date).
