Support and train crew members, ensuring Fossil’s standard operating procedures (SOPs) are followed.

Maintenance Operations

Perform and supervise pruning, weeding, lawn care, hedging, irrigation and lighting repairs, planting, and garden renovations.

Maintain property equipment and tools; ensure trucks are organized and ready for each day’s work.

Safety & Administration

Promote a safe, professional work environment in line with company policies.

Track attendance, crew hours, and project details accurately in LMN software.

Ensure all safety protocols and maintenance standards are upheld at all times.

Proven experience in high‑end residential or estate landscape maintenance.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Post‑secondary education in horticulture (Certificate, Diploma, or Red Seal).

BC Pesticide Applicator Licence or willingness to obtain one.

Group savings plan with company matching (RRSP, TFSA, and savings).

Extended health advantages – dental, vision, prescriptions, life & disability insurance.

Red Seal / ITA sponsorship and reimbursement for approved training and education.

Excellent work‑life balance and supportive team culture.

At least four company‑sponsored social events each year, including our annual Yaletown Christmas party.
