Summary
Join the new store opening as a Client Advisor to drive sales, build and maintain client relationships, and represent the brand with a focus on luxury product knowledge and exceptional service. This role supports store operations including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and maintaining store image while working a adaptable schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals

Use product knowledge to maximize sales, units per transaction, and transaction value

Capture and maintain customer information in the database and expand a client book

Promote store events through email, phone, and personalized notes

Consistently follow up on shipping, alterations,



and client issues

Assist with general housekeeping and upkeep of store image

Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as requested

Requirements

Minimum 3 years retail experience with a focus on sales, preferably in luxury

Proven ability to build and maintain client books preferred

Computer literate and tech savvy with ability to learn software programs

Service oriented with strong customer focus

Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
