Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and commission goals.
Build and maintain a client book through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
Ensure merchandise presentation, stock levels, and tester areas are maintained to brand standards.
Process sales transactions and manage returns with professionalism and accuracy.
Requirements 2+ years retail or beauty sales experience, preferably with skincare brands.
Strong knowledge of skincare products and ability to learn technical product perks.
Excellent communication, clienteling, and relationship-building skills.
Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
