Start Date: November 25, 2026. Term of employment: Seasonal Full Time. Rate of Pay: $33.80 – $40.00 per hour depending on certification and experience.

Experience the best office in the world teaching skiing and snowboarding to guests of all ages.



As a highly certified Professional Instructor you will deliver high quality ski/snowboard instruction to groups and individuals, providing world class guest service in a safe and fun learning environment.

Job Specifications

Starting Wage: $27.00/hr – $60.06/hr; pay range reflects minimum base wages; instructors may earn more with additional teaching incentives

Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027

Shift Type: Full Time hours available; 40‑hour workweek not guaranteed; scheduled hours vary with business volume

Minimum Age: 16 years

Housing Availability: Yes

Job Responsibilities

Supervise a group of children, adults or families throughout the day on Whistler or Blackcomb Mountain in activities including instructional skiing, skier safety, lunch, and special events, accepting all duties assigned by the Program Supervisor

Lead guests into a variety of advanced terrain

Develop advanced skiers and riders to reach their next level goals

Work with advanced season‑long programs and athlete development

Lead sessions and instructor development programs

Follow guidelines and safety rules outlined in the Safety Manual

Be responsible for your safety and the safety of the guests

Act as the prudent parent in the absence of the child’s parent





Attend all mandatory training sessions

Be familiar with all Snow School programs, pricing and lesson times

Assist in other departments as needed throughout the season

Job Requirements

Level 4 CSIA, PSIC, CASI, CADS, or Canadian equivalent essential

Fluent in multiple languages is an asset

Experience teaching advanced lessons and training level 1 and 2 instructors

Experience working with children and families essential

Patience and ability to have lots of fun

Good verbal and written communication skills

Reliable and committed to working
