We are currently seeking an experienced Chef to join our culinary team. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and skilled professional who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen workplace. As a full-time chef, you will play a vital role in preparing high-quality dishes, leading the kitchen team, and ensuring that all food safety and production standards are met. If you have a strong background in restaurant or catering operations and are eager to contribute your expertise, we would love to have you on board.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Menu Preparation & Execution:



Prepare and cook a variety of dishes (meats, fish, pastas, side dishes, garnishes) according to recipes, ensuring quality, consistency, and proper portion control.
Team Leadership & Training: Supervise kitchen staff, manage prep lists, and provide training to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to standards.
Food Safety & Sanitation: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen, ensure proper food handling, temperature control, and compliance with food safety regulations.
Menu Planning & Development: Collaborate with management to plan, modify, and execute menus based on client and airline requirements, including special menus for presentations.
Equipment & Maintenance Oversight: Ensure all kitchen equipment is functional, clean, and in good working order; report any maintenance needs or unsafe conditions.
Quality Control & Record Keeping: Monitor food quality through tasting and temperature checks and maintain food production records to track inventory and meet service standards.
Effective Communication: Coordinate with kitchen and service staff, ensuring smooth communication and timely service delivery while adhering to company standards and safety protocols.
