Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Minimum 2 year to less than 3 years experience needed.
Location: 201-3542 Blanshard St, Victoria, BC V8X 1W3
Main Duties Assist users in resolving technical issues with their computer systems, software, or devices.
Maintain a detailed log of technical issues and resolutions for future reference by the support team.
Support users with business applications, internet connectivity, and network-related problems.
Install and configure hardware and software for new or existing employees,



including operating systems, cables, and applications.
Refer to user manuals, technical guides, and online resources to research and implement effective solutions.
Offer training and practical guidance to users to help them prevent and address recurring technical problems.
Assisting in helping other support team members.
Perform regular backups of the web server and manage recovery procedures when needed.
Deliver prompt and courteous customer service, ensuring user satisfaction with IT support.
