Salary: $36.00 per Hour
Hours of Employment: 30-35 hours/Week
Work Setting: Restaurant
Job Duties and Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operations of Rondo’s Pizza to ensure smooth service flow and a positive customer experience.
Develop and apply operational practices and service standards consistent with company policies and business objectives.
Recruit, onboard, and train team members to build an efficient workforce and ensure compliance with workplace procedures.
Prepare staff schedules, oversee daily performance, and provide guidance to maintain service consistency and productivity.
Monitor stock levels, sales figures, and operating costs,



making adjustments to pricing and procedures to support business profitability.
Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally while ensuring all food handling, hygiene, and safety requirements are met.
Liaise with suppliers to secure food products, packaging, and other materials in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Organize and oversee catering orders and coordinate arrangements for group bookings and special events held at the restaurant.
Qualified Skills and Requirements College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the position or related position.
Ability to supervise 3-4 people.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented multi-tasking environment.
Fluent in English and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently, flexible, good time management, organizational, good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
