Salary: $37.23 per hour, full time position (40 hours per week)
Location of Work: Various locations across Ontario
Description – Your duties will include: Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine layout of plumbing system, water supply network and waste and drainage systems
Install, repair and maintain residential and commercial plumbing fixtures and systems
Locate and mark positions for pipe connections, passage holes and fixtures in walls and/or floors
Cut opening in walls and floors to accommodate pipe and pipe fittings
Assemble, measure, cut, bend and thread pipes using hand and power tools or machines
Join pipes using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement or soldering, brazing and welding equipment
Check pipes for leaks using air and water pressure gauges
Clean job sites and answer customer queries and inquiries
Job Requirements: 2-3 years of experience
Handling material manually
Able to stand for extended periods of time
Focused and attention to detail
