We are looking for a full time permanent DOG GROOMING STUDIO MANAGER to join the team as soon as possible.

Location: 2635 W 4th Ave, Vancouver, British Columbia V6K 1P8

Wage: $35.00 / hour (To be negotiated)

Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time 30 hours / week

Start date: As soon as possible

Benefit: 4 percent of total wages for vacation pay

Job Requirements

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 1 years to less than 2 years

Personal suitability: Client focus, Team player

Job Duties

Hire, mentor, and manage staff to ensure high-quality grooming services

Train grooming staff in job duties, safety protocols, and company policies

Manage the day-to-day activities of the dog grooming studio, including staff and client services

Plan and coordinate the daily grooming schedule and studio activities

Conduct regular assessments of the studio’s daily activities to optimize workflow

Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and care
