Working Location: 1570 Highland Ave, Brandon, MB R7C 1A7

Position: Full‑time building maintenance worker

Vacancy: 1

Main Duties

Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs

Perform minor repairs on appliances

Perform safety and security checks

Move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies

Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair

Requirements

Completion of secondary school

At least 2‑year of building maintenance experience

Wage: $23.19 – $24.00 per hour

Working Condition: 35-40 hours a week
