What You’ll Be Doing
Inspect homes inside and out to identify pests, entry points, and infestations
Diagnose pest issues and apply effective treatmentsComplete service reports for work performed and products used
Provide excellent customer service and answer customer questions
Educate homeowners and recommend solutions to prevent future pest issues
Build strong relationships with customers while representing Insight professionally

What We’re Looking For
Self‑motivated and able to work independently

Requirements
Ability to lift/carry up to 30 lbs of equipment
Comfortable working in different environments (crawl spaces, damp or dusty spots)
A positive attitude, robust work ethic, and good people skills
Applicant must possess a Pesticide Applicator License
Class 5 driver's license and a clean driving record
Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle
Desire to learn, grow, and be part of a solid team
Important
Only candidates who possess a Pesticide Applicator License will be considered.
