Cathedral Social Hall is currently looking for a full time Cook to join our team in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

Location: 608 Spadina Crescent E, Saskatoon, SK, S7K 3H1.

Position Details

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Wage: $17.00 per hour

Hours: 40 hours per week

Start Date: As soon as possible

Schedule: Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend

Job Duties

Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes

Determine food portion sizes and assist with food cost control

Plan menus and estimate food requirements

Prepare meals for customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions

Maintain inventory and order kitchen supplies as required

Inspect kitchen and food service areas for cleanliness and safety

Supervise kitchen helpers and support staff during food preparation

Maintain records of food supplies and kitchen inventory

Clean kitchen equipment, work areas, and food preparation stations





Ensure food quality and presentation standards are maintained

Requirements

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

7 months to less than 1 year of experience

Food Safety Certificate

Experience preparing Canadian and International cuisine

Criminal record check required

Organized and reliable

Team player

Able to work in a fast‑paced and physically demanding environment
