Position Overview
We’re looking for a (Part‑time) Supervisor for our Shoe Co. banner who will put their best foot forward. As a Supervisor, you will report to the Store Manager and assist in leading the store environment, fostering inclusivity, and enhancing customer connections.

Responsibilities

Lead the store team and maximize business results by consistently creating exceptional customer experiences.

Maintain exceptional product knowledge and stay current on industry trends.

Role‑model a shopping experience that encourages responsive customer service, compelling merchandise presentation, and operational integrity.

Coach and provide feedback to achieve segment success, as directed by Store Management.

Foster teamwork, collaboration, and change advocacy within the store and district.

Maintain open and effective communication lines with the Store Manager.

Open and close the store proficiently.





Qualifications

Open, approachable, and outgoing attitude when interacting with customers and co‑workers.

Excellent customer service and strong will to assist customer needs.

Motivated and driven to achieve results.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced team environment.

Openness to learn and develop new skills.

Flexibility and ability to quickly adapt to change.

Ability to assume a variety of scheduled shifts including closing shifts and weekends as required.
