Position: Cook

Main duties

Prepare and cook food according to recipes such as various dons, noodles, appetizers, and tempura, etc.

Inspect food preparation and serving areas to ensure observance of protected, sanitary food-handling practices.

Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food.

Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.

Clean kitchen and work area.

Requirements

Completion of secondary school.

2 years or more experience as a commercial cook.

Wage and working hours: $20.00 – $21.00 per hour with 30-40 hours a week.
