Using motivational leadership and open communication skills, a leader will motivate staff to meet and exceed service standards, and will promote a seamless, hassle-free guest experience, taking ownership of both the guest and employee experience.Taking ownership to ensure quality of room cleanliness, daily services, public space cleanliness, timely delivery of services, and anticipation of guest needs.Coaching and developing up to 25 Room Attendants through room audits, semi-annual performance appraisals, one-on one meetings, and regular communication, and recognition programs.
