Responsibilities

Commit to development, flexibly travel or relocate provincially for training or management opportunities.

Lead and develop the store team to maximize store business results by consistently creating exceptional customer experiences.

Model a shopping experience that encourages responsive customer service, compelling merchandise presentation and operational integrity fostering positive customer connections and loyalty.

Operate the business by balancing company policies, procedures, shrink/loss prevention, payroll, reporting, and scheduling.

Recruit, manage and train top talent who have a love of shoes.

Model the company values of passion, accountability, collaboration, and authenticity/humility to enhance the brand image.

Develop and implement agile business plans to achieve results.

Foster teamwork, collaboration, and change advocacy within the store and district.

Maintain effective, open lines of communication with Senior Operational Managers.

Qualifications

Relevant post‑secondary education.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a progressive retail supervisory role.





Proven success in achieving sales and profitability targets in a high‑volume environment.

Ability to motivate others.

Proficiency in computer use, including email, MS Word or other word processing programs and Excel or other spreadsheet programs.

Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment while creating a compelling customer experience.

Availability to work days, closing shifts and weekends.

Mobile within a geographic area.

Ability to travel by air, car, train etc. as required.

Compensation
Pay: $19.60 to $21.78 per hour.
