As a Part Time Operations Lead, you will manage the day-to-day functions of our GTA locations, ensuring operational excellence and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct staff training and manage schedules
• Handle client bookings and financial transactions
• Organize events and comply with safety standards
• Maintain inventory and marketing items
• Provide technical support as necessary

Requirements:
• Proven experience in operations or team leadership
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage diverse responsibilities
• Basic understanding of STEM concepts
• Valid First Aid & CPR certification preferred
