Assistant Restaurant Manager responsible for cost products and services, organize and maintain inventory, conduct performance reviews, plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations, determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices, ensure health and safety regulations are followed, set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance, address customers' complaints or concerns, provide customer service, recruit, train and supervise staff.

Responsibilities

Cost products and services.

Organize and maintain inventory.

Conduct performance reviews.

Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.

Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.

Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices.

Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.

Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance.

Address customers' complaints or concerns.

Provide customer service.

Recruit, train and supervise staff.

Support for Youths





On-the-job training tailored to youth.

Mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth.

Aware training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.

Requirements
Education : College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.

Experience : 1 year to less than 2 years.

Compensation & Benefits
Wage : $28.64 per hour.

Benefits : Health Care and Other Perks.

Hours : 40 Hours per week.

Terms of Employment : Permanent, Full time.

Language : English.
