Become a Building Operator I with Cadillac Fairview and play a key role in maintaining our facility's electrical and mechanical systems. Flexibility to work afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential for this position.

You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, performing repairs, and conducting inspections to uphold a safe workplace for tenants and patrons. Ensuring compliance with safety procedures will be imperative, along with monitoring HVAC systems and testing fire safety equipment. Your problem-solving skills will directly impact tenant satisfaction and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute repairs and troubleshooting for building systems
• Follow health and safety protocols diligently




• Test and maintain fire safety equipment monthly
• Inspect maintenance areas for overall compliance
• Respond to tenant HVAC queries effectively

Requirements:
• High school diploma; enrolled in SMA or SMT (BOMA)
• Two years of relevant experience in plant operations
• Solid understanding of maintenance procedures
• General knowledge of HVAC systems
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other related software
