Home Child Care Provider ( Permanent employment

Full time / 30 to 40 hours per week)

Location: Pickering, ON

Salary: 20.85 hourly

Starts as soon as possible

On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. No option to work remotely.

Work site environment: Non-smoking Scent free

Work setting: Employer’s home

Optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis. Note: This is NOT a condition of employment. Public transportation is available.

Tasks

Supervise and care for children. Assume full responsibility for household in absence of parents, perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, instruct children in personal hygiene and social development, maintain a secure and healthy environment in the home, prepare and serve nutritious meals,



prepare children for rest periods.

Job Requirements

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: Experience an asset

Security and safety: Criminal record check

Weight handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs)

Personal suitability: Client focus, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organisation, time management, patience, honesty
