The position
As a Driver Assistant , you will play a key role in delivering on our commitment to excellence. Working alongside our delivery drivers, you will help safely transport our products to customers' homes while ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience. Your ability to provide superior customer service and address customer concerns will directly contribute to our reputation for quality and care.

What you'll be doing

Provide prompt, courteous service during pickups and deliveries

Assist with loading, unloading, and minor hook-ups of large home appliances

Inspect merchandise before delivery and report any damages immediately

Follow all health and safety procedures to maintain a safe workplace

Support the delivery team in ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience

What you need to be successful

Pass a security check and physical fitness assessment

Hold a valid driver's license

Safely maneuver merchandise over 100 lbs

Maintain a professional appearance and courteous communication

Work flexibly, including five days per week, Monday - Saturday

Availability
This is a full-time position and will require you to be available: Tuesday to Saturday from 7:30am to 6:30pm
