Join our team as a CNC Programmer and Punch Operator, directly impacting the production of precision copper components. Enjoy working a set schedule from Tuesday to Friday, 6 am to 4 pm in a safety-centric setting.

In this role, candidates should possess 2-4 years of experience in CNC programming and operation. You will be responsible for setting up Boschert machines, refining CNC programs, and ensuring high-quality outputs in busbar production. Critical tasks include inspections, tooling documentation, and contributing to continuous improvements in processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate Boschert CU Profi for copper component production
• Edit CNC/CAM programs to meet specifications
• Perform inspections and adjust processes to maintain quality




• Document setup sheets and tooling information
• Identify areas for improvement in production efficiency

Requirements:
• 2–4 years of CNC operation experience required
• Proficient with CAD/CAM for developing toolpaths
• Skillful in interpreting engineering drawings
• Competent with measurement tools for inspections
• Robust focus on safety practices in handling materials
