Lead Breakfast Server

This position will consistently lead a seamless breakfast experience for all guests by assisting in overseeing daily operations, supervising the team and ensuring the highest level of service excellence and hospitality. Supervise front of house staff to ensure friendly, efficient service. Train and mentor team members in customer service best practices and food safety standards.

Anticipate customers’ needs, respond promptly, acknowledge all customers and resolve complaints, ensuring complete satisfaction. Collaborate with culinary team to ensure timely food preparation and presentation. Maintain a safe, secure and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures,



complying with health and legal regulations.

A post‑secondary education in Hospitality or other related discipline. Someone who has solid leadership skills, adept at training, coaching and inspiring a team of service professionals. An exceptional problem‑solver, knowing how to troubleshoot, resolve situations efficiently, with the ability to shift priorities as needed.

Knowledge of food handling, food safety, and basic math skills. Open availability, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
