Dialogue is seeking a temporary Mental Health Care Coordinator to join our team and ensure patients have a supportive experience throughout our Mental Health+ and EAP programs. You will work closely with the Manager, Member Services to guide patients through their care journey and coordinate with clinicians while upholding patient safety.
