SAR Sport and Recreaction is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented F&I; Manager to join our dynamic team. The F&I; Manager plays a crucial role in the dealership by facilitating the financing and insurance processes for customers purchasing vehicles. This position requires strong sales acumen, exceptional customer service skills, and a solid understanding of financial services.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all financial transactions are handled efficiently while providing a positive experience for our customers.

Responsibilities - Collaborate with sales staff to understand customer needs and provide tailored financing options.

- Present and explain financing products, warranties, and insurance options to customers.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of financing agreements with lenders on behalf of customers.
- Ensure compliance with all legal regulations and dealership policies during the financing process.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and customer interactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the financing process to enhance customer satisfaction.




- Stay updated on industry trends, financial products, and dealership offerings to better assist customers.

Skills - Proven sales experience, preferably in a dealership or automotive environment.

- Robust mathematical skills to accurately calculate financing options and payments.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Knowledge of financial services related to vehicle purchases, including loans and insurance products.
- Ability to negotiate effectively with lenders and customers to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in handling documentation and records.
