True Coat Paint Co. is looking for a high-level Experienced Painter to join our crew. We are known for 'Quality Work and a Reliable Crew,' and we are looking for professionals who take pride in elite finishes and a perfect workspace.

We pride ourselves on leaving every job site better than we found it. We maintain a clean work setting as if we were never there. This includes:

Total protection of client property (floors, furniture, and fixtures).

Expert masking and drop-cloth placement.

A spotless daily cleanup: The only thing the client should notice is the high-quality paint job.

Responsibilities





Apply paint, stain, and specialty finishes to interior/exterior surfaces (brush, roller, and spray).

Surface preparation: Expert sanding, cleaning, and repairing cracks/imperfections.

Technical prep: Drywall patching, taping, and pressure washing.

Setup and teardown of ladders, scaffolding, and rigging.

Use of mobile devices to track and log work hours and locations.

Qualifications

Experience: Proven professional painting experience (Airless spray/wood finishing is a major asset).

Licensing: Valid MB Driver’s License (Class 5 minimum).li>

Transportation: Must have a reliable vehicle to commute from site to site.

Physical: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work comfortably at heights.
