Lead a unique Mommy and Me class for parents and toddlers at Commonpoint in Bayside. This role includes planning fun and developmental activities every Saturday morning.

Commonpoint is seeking an enthusiastic instructor to develop our new Mommy and Me class for children aged 6 months to 3 years. As an instructor, your responsibilities include designing 30–45 minute sessions filled with music, movement, and sensory play that promote bonding and early childhood learning. You will ensure a warm and inclusive atmosphere while collaborating with the program coordinator to refine course offerings and help grow the program.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate engaging 30–45 minute sessions weekly
• Plan creative, age-appropriate activities for development




• Cultivate an inviting environment for participants
• Give feedback to support the evolution of the program
• Engage in outreach to promote the classes if desired

Requirements:
• Experience in teaching or working with toddlers
• Skills in leading music or sensory play activities preferred
• Dynamic, reliable, and capable of engaging families
• Creative mindset for launching recent initiatives
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred
