In this role, Personal Support Workers at CarePartners help patients maintain their lifestyle through assistance with personal care, medication, and household tasks. You will work closely with the Personal Support Manager to deliver individualized support that promotes well-being and safety, including preparing meals and offering emotional support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with daily personal and household tasks

• Offer cognitive and emotional support and companionship

Requirements:
• Certification as a PSW or related healthcare training

• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle essential
• Availability for varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
