Job Description

Image laptops utilizing AutoPilot, Contacting users both onsite and remote.

Gather information from users (template will be provided)

Most cases login as user, set up remote access, update CMDB assigning devices to users and unassign returned laptops.

Must be organized, keep good written notes.
