Recruit, train, and coach team members to meet and maintain Tim Hortons' high operational standards




Plan and execute strategies for increasing sales and achieving targeted cost controls
Manage team relations through open communication, understanding, and a respectful work environment
Delegate tasks effectively and mentor team members to build a high-performance culture
Support the Restaurant Owner in making key operational and business decisions
Maintain quality standards across food preparation, guest service, and restaurant cleanliness
Requirements 3–5 years of quick service experience in a supervisory role
Previous management experience preferred
Customer service background preferred
Passion for coaching, mentoring, and delegating tasks
Strong operational experience
Ability to lift 25 lbs
Friendly and outgoing personality
